Exceptional Dentist!

I think the last dentist that I really liked was back when I was going to a pediatric dentist (years ago). I had asked friends for referrals because let's face it how can one possibly choose a good dentist from the phone book. As soon as I arrived, I as greeted with warm smiles. I didn't have to wait long and Beth showed me to my chair. This being my first visit, i knew I had to go through the whole nine yards. The x-rays were preformed right there in the chair and I didn't have those annoying cardboard x-ray film. Afterward, Beth expeditiously cleaned my teeth. It was amazing. I never thought I would say that after going to the dentist. Then I met with the great Dr. Sheila Harris. Dr. Harris was thorough with my examination and in explaining the results. Dr. Harris took the time to go over my results, form a treatment plan and talk about other issues that I was having. I am in need of some major dental work and there were a couple of different avenues that I could have went. I have done my research because past dentists never offered any kind of solution. Dr. Harris prescribed the exact treatment that I had researched and advised against the other options and gave the cons for each. I was relieved to hear her explain all options and felt at ease. I will say this again. I have never felt this comfortable at the dentist office. The office was clean, professional, state-of-the-art equipment, and the staff were both courteous and professional. I actually can't wait until my next visit.

New Customer-Now Long-term Customer

I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years. I was concerned about a few issues but with a thorough exam and cleaning nothing to be concerned about. I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience to go to the dentist.

If Looking for a new Dental Group.

Excellent Dentist.

Sheila and her staff are terrific, I changed dentists twice in Natomas and my family and I are very glad we found her. Always a friendly, pressure-less experience. My four year old daughter loves going to the dentist. Priceless.

Great Office.

This is a great dental facility! There is a consistency amongst the staff that makes it a comfortable visit, they do a great job explaining what they are looking at while in the chair....and I haven't had to wait for a scheduled appointment! I'll keep going back.

First Visit.

Overall my dental experience was satisfactory, esp. "enjoyed" Rose for her knowledge base and attention to detail with respect to examination and teeth cleaning. The office environment was pleasant and totally hi-tech.

Everyone was outstanding and friendly to me especially since I have a fear of dentist. I felt very comfortable and was pleased with the treatment and appreciated the explanation for everything they were doing.

Regular check up.

Dr. Harris was very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend her to anyone and definitely come back to her for many more years to come.

First visit.

Dr. Harris, was pivotal in creating a dental visit experience that was relaxing, engaged and caring. For small children going to the dentist the first time and having a 'stranger' touch their mouth can be a tense situation. Dr. Harris understands the needs of small children and made this a very pleasant experience for our daughter and for us.

Exceptional Care.

From the first phone call to the rescheduling of my next visit, I was overwhelmingly impressed with this office. Everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. I am religious about having a check up every 6 months so I have been to a number of offices across the country, this is by far the best experience I have had at a dental office.

LOVE Them!

I can't recommend Dr. Harris and her staff enough. Not only have we received great dental care without extra pressure, they have befriended my children and made them feel very comfortable. They've gone over and above to be supportive. We will miss them tremendously when we move.
